person's well being, providing a comprehensive overview of the needs and priorities of the individual.
This allows us to provide personalized care during your
Holistic Care Consultation.
We use Practice Better, a secure portal, to capture this initial intake assessment and to provide you with additional resources during the Holistic Care Consultation.

Our process begins with a detailed examination of your Initial Intake Nursing Assessment, where we identify specific learning outcomes tailored to your unique profile. This is followed by a meticulous review of your health history, considering potential risks and interactions associated with cannabis use. Our goal is to set informed intentions based on our findings, ensuring that your cannabis journey aligns with your individual needs.
To facilitate your progress, we provide you with an electronic cannabis guide, a valuable tool for planning and recording essential information along your educational path. Additionally, this service includes a 15-30 minute follow-up call, scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after commencing your cannabis regime. During this call, we assess your progress, address any concerns, and answer any questions you may have, ensuring a thorough and professional approach to your cannabis care.

Ongoing Support
Following your Holistic Care Consultation, should you require additional support, I am readily available to cater to your unique requirements in a professional manner. I offer both virtual and in-person assistance, tailored to your specific needs.
This comprehensive support encompasses a range of services, including but not limited to:

Support with online forms for medical cannabis registration, Veterans Affairs forms, or other related documentation.

As a nurse, it is my obligation to provide all available resources to individuals requesting care for cannabis.
The information that is provided during any sessions with The Holistic Cannabis Nurse will be
tailored to each individual or group, with the ability to ask detailed questions.
